Thank you for shopping with Pets Galaxy. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, delivery, and tracking of your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or supply delays, processing times may be extended. We will notify you via email if this occurs.
2. Shipping Times and Delivery Estimates
Because Pets Galaxy operates on a dropshipping model, our products are shipped directly from our supplierslocated in various countries.
Estimated delivery time:

UK, US, Canada, Australia, EU: 7–21 business days

Rest of World: 14–30 business days
These estimates may vary depending on your location, supplier stock levels, customs clearance, or courier delays.
If your order has not arrived after 45 days, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number (if available) via email. You can use this to monitor delivery progress.
Please allow 3–7 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.
Some couriers may provide limited tracking visibility until the parcel reaches your destination country.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on product weight, size, and destination.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly stated on the product page or during checkout.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees once they reach your destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Pets Galaxy is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or refusal of packages due to unpaid duties.
6. Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and supplier location.
You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
7. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before confirming your order.
Pets Galaxy is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us within 12 hours through the Contact form. We’ll do our best to correct it before your order is processed, but we can’t guarantee changes once it’s been dispatched.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost:

If confirmed lost after investigation, we’ll resend or refund the order as appropriate.
Pets Galaxy is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier but reported missing by the recipient. Customers should contact the local carrier or delivery service for resolution.
