  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs, postal services, or factors beyond our control.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We want you to love your purchase. However, because we use third-party suppliers, our return and refund policyfollows the terms of our fulfilment partners.

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product does not arrive within 45 days of purchase.
